LIVING ROOM
The living space offers wooden floors, sofa, chair, table and chairs for two, flatscreen TV and Wifi.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and offers all machines including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer / dryer.

BEDROOM
A peaceful bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobes. Quality linen, newly laundered and pressed, is provided for each stay.

BATHROOM
There is a smart modern bathroom with a shower, basin and WC. Starter toiletries and fluffy white towels are provided as standard

TRANSPORT
- Earl's Court Underground - on the District and Piccadilly lines - travel zone 1 - a 12 minute walk from the flat.
- West Brompton Underground and Railway - on the District line and overland rail - travel zone 2 - a 13 minute walk.
- Gloucester Road underground - travel zone 1 - 17 minute walk.
- South Kensington underground - travel zone 1 - a 19 minute walk.
- Don’t forget our London buses - they are plentiful and will take you in any direction.

GENERAL
- Fully furnished and equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware and WiFi.
- This short let London home has it’s own entrance and is on the lower ground of a classic period building.
- Two people can be accommodated in the double bed.
- A temporary single bed can be provided by prior arrangement.
- Our preference is for lets of one month and more. However, if you would like to rent the home for a shorter period we may be able to accommodate you..

LOCALE
This central location gives you swift and easy access to Fulham, Earls Court, Kensington and Chelsea. Walk to the King's Road, Fulham Road, the river Thames and even High Street Kensington. The local Finborough Theatre and 606 Jazz Club are worth a visit, as are the many local pubs and restaurants. If your visit is a medical trip, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Bupa Cromwell Hospital and Royal Brompton Hospital are in the neighbourhood. For shoppers and collectors, Lots Road and Chelsea Harbour are well known for antiques, interior decor shops and auction houses. And finally, when you need a change of tempo, walk down to the Thames for an interesting stroll along the river.
