Hoxton Studio Workshop is a vibrant and fun short let London studio filled with light and quirky charm. It is located on the ground floor of a converted warehouse and has plenty of unique character.

LIVING AREA
The living area has high ceilings, painted wooden flooring, great natural light and a fireplace. There is a low sofa & coffee table and the entire space is bright and delightful.

KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, single induction hob and a microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for four.

SLEEPING AREA
The sleeping area is nicely tucked away behind a partition and offers a double bed, dressing table, retro globe chair and storage space for clothing. Newly laundered bedding and linen is included in your stay.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is located across the hall and it has a walk in shower, with towels and soap provided as standard.
Please note that this bathroom may be used by other residents in the building very occasionally, in "emergency" situations.

TRANSPORT
Old Street Underground - on the Northern Line - under a 10 minute walk away - travel zone 1.
Hoxton Railway Station - London Overground - under a 10 minutes walk from the flat - travel zone 1.

GENERAL
