Elizabeth's place is located at a quiet and nice neighborhood, and was at a very convenient location to go places around London. My son and I stayed 6 nights at her place and we used the Tube and various buses (including night lines) to visit many different parts of the city. Everything necessary is in short walking distance; the Waitrose(grocery store) was about 8 minutes away and there were restaurants nearby as well. The place itself was very pleasant. It had all amenities that you'd need - including a washer. The linen and towels were high quality and the bed was comfortable. I liked the high ceiling and French windows in particular — they gave an open feeling, as if a fresh breeze was coming in.The scenery through the window would be so nice during warm seasons when leaves are on the trees. We couldn't use the balcony due to the rainy and cold weather, but having tea or coffee there would be nice. Sherry (she helped me to check in and answered all my other questions) was super. She replied to my messages almost right away and always tried to help me with her best. The only thing that kind of concerned me was the floor condition. There were several spots that made squeaky noises and both my son and I tried to avoid those areas not to bother the neighbor living below. Besides that everything was great. Jiyun, Dec 2019

Not only is the balcony, indeed, quaint, but this flat is on one of the prettiest and quietest streets in London. The flat is terrifically located, proximate to multiple Tube lines and an enjoyable walk away from Kensington Gardens, the Regent's Canal. and Portobello Road. Lovely. Connie Nov 2019

This flat was perfect for us. It's located in a quiet street but very handy to lots Easy walk to Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens and a tube stop within minutes. There's a roomy living area with a small balcony to enjoy having breakfast or a glass of wine at. The bed was comfortable but is a double and if you are very tall might be a bit small. This is a fine place to stay in London. It is really close to the Royal Oak tube stop. There is a supermarket a solid restaurants in the neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They helped solve a difficult key logistics issue and when neighborhood construction started one day at 6:30am. They made sure it didnt happen again. The place is clean with a great shower. The kitchen had all we needed, great storage options and while we didnt use them there are tons of DVDs and books. The bed is comfy withbgood sheets but a little on the small side.
